At NRP, we work with clients both large and small to meet their every need. Offering both flexographic and digital inkjet printing for your needs, no matter the size, in a local setting you can trust.
Images are captured from pixels, and the digital image is used to control the deposition of ink, toner and exposure, to replicate the image you would like to print. Digitally printed pieces can also receive a UV varnish and clear or matte lamination.
Commonly used to print high volumes of labels and packaging. Presses can print on a variety of films, foils, papers, corrugated board, and paperboard and achieve speeds of 500 to 2000 feet per minute. Currently we can print on semi-gloss, matte, fluorescent, film (bopp), gold, silver, and natural-brown kraft surfaces. If you require printing on a material other than these, let us know when you request a quote below. Whatever it is, we can probably print on it!
Printed pieces will be enclosed between two sheets of clear plastic film. This protects from stains and moisture, increases strength and durability, and adds sheen and vibrancy to ink colors.
Clear ink that can be gloss, satin or matte. A flood varnish covers the entire printed page for protection or sheen. A spot varnish allows you to highlight specific areas of a printed piece and adds shine and depth to specific elements on the page such as a logo or image.
Ensures that your final product arrives unharmed and tightly-packed.
